Our shower room products utilize nanotechnology! Nanotechnology is applied to improve the surface of the glass. It does not affect the appearance of the base material, and makes the surface of the base material exhibit hydrophobic and oleophobic effects. The hydrophobic angle (water contact angle) is approximately 120 °. The surface is smooth, and water droplets can roll extremely easily, sliding off quickly without leaving water stains. The product has extremely strong abrasion resistance. The surface of the base material has a very low surface energy, so pollutants are not likely to adhere, and it is very easy to clean. Under normal circumstances, the surface of the base material can be cleaned simply by flushing with normal water flow or wiping with a damp cloth.
This special coating is what is known as an "easy-to-clean coating" or a "self-cleaning coating". It is developed by utilizing the three basic physical properties that objects possess in nature. The so-called easy-to-clean glass has a high hydrophobicity on its surface, similar to the lotus effect, which prevents water from adhering to the glass. The surface tension of the water droplets themselves gives the water droplets their shape, and the water droplets will naturally slide off and carry away the dust, giving the glass an easy-to-clean effect. Compared with the water stain accumulation on ordinary glass, the effect is quite remarkable over a long period of time.

The quality of the delivered bathtubs,shower rooms shall meet the quality standards of buyer and shall be in full conformity to the agreement which is mutually confirmed by Vanho and buyers.
According to quality and inspection standards made by Vanho, the bathtubs we sold under shall be considered by the Buyer to be defective if:
1. Colours of products are defective:
a) the colors of acrylic do not correspond to those of the confirmed samples;
b) the colours are with difference or painting on the exposed surface, the colour is darker or lighter or with an uneven tone;
2. Surface is defective:
a) there are visible scratches and marks of mechanical origin on the decorative surface;
b) there are clearly visible dash type surface or damage/scratches or clearly visible point coloration over 0.5mm in diameter allowing a change in color or surface coating;
c) there are dents or any deepening in surface or any bend, which changes the original form of them;
Packing is the last process of finished product . Consider to transportation ways and transportation time, we determine the packing ways to aviod defect during transportation.Sticky PE film on surface of them, EPE film must wrap the product at least two layers, the carton or waterproof paper is used outside.
Q:Delivery
A:EXW/FOB/CIF/CNF is normally workable for us. Regarding lead time,usually it is 30days.for some items that needed to develop new moulds, the time will be a few days more,that will be around 45 days. Vanho has a professional transportation team,if you have no designated delivery agent,we will arrange delivery for you as soon as production is completed.

A:The payment term with Vanho is flexible, T/T,LC is normally acceptable, we will make communications in details.
